TERMS OF SALE to ZiNGS ON-LINE
These terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the Spanish law.
1.Prices. Prices shown in the catalog correspond to the sales price VAT incl. Any other tax or fee or change the rate for VAT is not included.
2.Delivery and shipping. The client once completed your purchase, you must verify that the goods will arrive, corresponds to the request contained in the bill and its presentation, status, documentation and packaging are correct.
To support claims in this regard (Breaks ...) you must be mentioned in the delivery of transport at the time of receipt, contact us within 24 hours of receipt and include us photos of the exterior and the damaged item.
The shipping cost for your purchase will be automatically added to your order when you have filled in the order form and confirm the payment.

Shipments to EUROPE and WORLDWIDE, are made with International Certified Mail and approximate delivery are:
-For Europe: 5/7 working days by USPS Certified Urgent.
-For The rest of the world: 15-20 business days by USPS Certified Urgent.
If you need a shorter time, please, inform us to give you price to other international carriers by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
With the departure of the order, we send you an email with the dispatch number so you can keep track of it from the website of the Postal Service / Postal address for your country.
We are not responsible for any incidents caused by retention at Customs, delivery delays from Post your country. You can go with number of expedition that we provide to their corresponding post office to complain.
3.How to pay your order. To make your purchase easier ZiNGS offers several methods of payment:

- Payment by bank transfer to the account you are told (in this case the deadlines are established from the time we receive bank confirmation of the transfer)

4.Tracking an Order You must keep the email you send as confirmation and details of your order. To check the status of your order tell us your reference number and inform you through our email email@example.com.
5.Validity of Bids. In case of offers for certain products, the validity thereof shall be indicated in the bid itself.
6.Return an item
- The buyer will have 14 days from receipt of the package to return, except for the personalized items. ZiNGS not accept returns sent freight collect or against reimbursement.
- Buyer must notify firstname.lastname@example.org the reason for making the return.
When we checked the receipt and status of the item back to us, we will refund the total amount by the same method of payment you have made your purchase. If payment has not been made by credit card, we will deduct the interest expense that would have generated.
7.Warranty. ZiNGS customers benefit from a guarantee that manufacturers give to each of their products, according to Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale and warranties for consumer goods. It is imperative to make use of the guarantee provided in the invoice. The manufacturer or, failing that, the representative of the brand in Spain will determine whether the defective product is covered under warranty. In this case, proceed to the manufacturer to either repair or replacement by a new product. ZiNGS is committed to guide you through this process with the manufacturer. The cost of shipping the item (s) during the warranty period are charged to the customer. Before proceeding to use the warranty please contact ZiNGS and we will advise on how best to manage it.
8.Custom Products. The customer must provide written in the "comments" or via email at email@example.com, accurate data printing to customize. ZiNGS not be liable for any incident of bad transcription by the buyer.
