The interior is waterproofed using traditional natural pitch (pez, a vegetable resin), which is ideal for keeping wine fresh and imparting its authentic, traditional character. It is fitted with an airtight bakelite nozzle and features a reinforced triple-stitched seam to ensure leak-proof performance during transport or outdoor activities.
