Estimated delivery time
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, the estimated delivery time within mainland Spain is 48 to 72 working hours, depending on the destination and delivery service.
Delivery times are counted in working days. There are no collections or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or national, regional or local public holidays, either in Madrid or at the destination. Orders placed on those days or after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next working day. Personalised products or items requiring additional preparation may have a different delivery time, which will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.
