How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Within mainland Spain we ship with Correos or GLS: it arrives 1 to 3 working days after it leaves the shop. Back-ordered and personalised items take a few more days to ship. You'll see the exact price for your address in your basket before you pay; the price for each destination is under “Delivery and returns”.

Can I collect it in store?

Yes: free, at Calle Alcalá 231, next to Las Ventas (only for addresses in the Madrid region). Choose “Recogida en tienda” (store pickup) when you place your order. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:30 and from 16:30 to 20:00; Saturday from 10:00 to 14:30.

What if the person I give it to doesn't like it?

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to tell us you're returning it, no questions asked. Email us at info@zings.es with your order number; the return shipping is at your cost. Personalised items can't be returned unless faulty.

Do you make personalised products?

Yes: bullfight posters with your name, capes, muletas and more. Each product page shows what you can personalise and the price. A personalised item takes a few extra days in the workshop; if you need it for a specific date, write to us first.
