Antonio Azzato is the driving force behind Meninas Madrid Gallery, the open-air exhibition that has filled Madrid's streets with Meninas and turned them into a symbol of the city. This Menina bullfighter is a miniature from that series: it keeps the classic outline of Velázquez's Las Meninas and dresses her in a bullfighting-inspired design. Every piece is made and painted by hand, so each finish is unique.
