Secure payment

At ZiNGS, we protect your purchases with an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection. Card payments are processed through the secure Redsys payment gateway, provided by Banco Santander.

Secure card payment

Your card details are entered directly into the payment platform. ZiNGS does not receive or store your full card details.

During payment, your bank may ask you to confirm the transaction through its mobile app, a one-time code, biometric identification or another authentication method. If the card issuer does not authorise the transaction, the payment cannot be completed.

We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and American Express.

To pay by card, simply select this option during checkout and follow the instructions provided by the payment gateway.

Other payment methods

You can also pay for your order using:

  • Bizum: payment is confirmed using the authentication system established by your bank.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: pay with the card saved on your phone or browser; the payment is processed through the same secure Redsys gateway. Apple Pay is shown on Apple devices.
  • PayPal: you will be redirected to PayPal to authorise the payment.
  • Bank transfer: you will receive the necessary bank details. Your order will be processed once payment has been confirmed.

The payment methods available for your order will be displayed before you complete your purchase and may vary depending on the destination or the products selected.
